In-Person Choreography Sessions
I expertly combine my keen judge's eye and choreographer's artistic touch to create a routine perfectly suited to your athlete, ensuring it has the best possible scoring potential.
In-Person Choreography Sessions Include:
- 2-2.5 hours one-on-one with Nicole
- Provision of videos from the session for learning purposes
- Provision of 2-week training plan
- Ability to text videos for support, questions, etc, during the 1st month of the completion of your session (no charge)
- Ability to schedule a FREE virtual follow-up session to address any potential “clean-ups” in choreography that may be contributing to non-value part deductions. This session will also include suggestions for choreography embellishments/upgrades if the athlete is ready!
- Ability to schedule Judging feedback session for analysis of skills and choreography to improve scoring potential for only $39 for the life of the routine)
- The cost of in-person Floor Choreography Sessions is $499 (a $100 deposit is required to secure dates, and the balance is due within 48 hours of 1st session). Mileage/travel will be charged after 20 miles round trip.
In-Person Touch-Up Sessions
Current routine in need of some TLC? Whether it be an artistry update, reworking for new skills, or simply "cleaning up," my touch-up service is the answer.
There are 9 tenths in potential deductions on floor that are solely connected to choreography: Footwork, Posture & Bodyline, and Artistry. Let's fix those and help your gymnast FALL IN LOVE WITH THEIR ROUTINE AGAIN.
In-Person Touch-Up Sessions Include:
- 75 minutes one-on-one with Nicole
- Videos of all changes made to routine
- Ability to text videos for quick feedback
Some athletes have all the info they need after one session. Some athletes need more time based on the amount of necessary adjustments needed. Some athletes just enjoy the process of embellishing and increasing artistry that they want to keep going! Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to schedule additional VIRTUAL sessions at the following rates*:
- 45 min: $59
- 30 min: $39
*these rates apply to continued work on the choreography covered in the initial session.
- The cost of in-person Floor Touch-Up Sessions are $150/session (a $50 deposit is required to secure dates, and the balance is due within 48 hours of 1st session). Mileage/travel will be charged after 20 miles round-trip.
Individual Virtual Choreography Sessions
- Custom-created routines to showcase each athletes' unique strengths
- Routines designed to MAXIMIZE SCORING POTENTIAL
- 3 Sessions:
- Session 1: Approx 60 minutes to learn choreography (can be done from home)
- Session 2: Approx 45 minutes to learn remainder of choreography, review full routine, and focus on details. (can be done from home)
- Session 3: Approx. 20-30 minutes to set floor pattern and address details. (Athlete must be in the gym for this session.)
- Provision of videos from the session for learning purposes
- Provision of 2-week training plan
- Ability to text videos for support, questions, etc, during the 1st month of the completion of your session (no charge)
- Ability to schedule a FREE virtual follow-up session to address any potential “clean-ups” in choreography that may be contributing to non-value part deductions. This session will also include suggestions for choreography embellishments/upgrades if the athlete is ready!

Team Virtual Choreography Sessions
- Two styles ("sharp" and "elegant") per level
- Streamlined choreo to allow for efficient training and mastery
- Routines designed to MAXIMIZE SCORING POTENTIAL
- Can be taught to athletes (as a group) or coaches throughout two sessions (athletes/coaches should be in the gym for these sessions)
- Opportunities for Individual Embellishments
- Athletes can schedule individual sessions to add personal touches and embellishments for only $59/45 minute for the life of the routine.
- The cost of Virtual Team Choreography Sessions is $299/routine (a $100 deposit is required to secure dates, and the balance is due within 48 hours of 1st session).
- NO TRAVEL COSTS!
Virtual Touch-Up Sessions
These sessions focus on minimizing deductions related to choreography, similar to in-person Touch-Up Sessions.
- Approx 60 minute session
- Recording of session provided
- Ability to text videos for quick feedback
- The cost of Virtual Touch-Up Sessions is $99 (a $39 deposit is required to secure date, and a $69 balance is due within 48 hours of session).
